Garbage

Place in dumpsters only. Garbage is picked up every Monday, except for Federal Holidays.

Newspaper

Place only in recycle bins in brown paper bags, NOT IN PLASTIC BAGS. Paper, magazines and cardboard are picked up on Thursday, except for Federal Holidays.

Cardboard Boxes

Break down and tie, place them next to the newspaper bin inside the shed.

Recycling

Paper, plastics, glass and cans are picked up every Thursday, except for Federal Holidays.

Bulk Furniture

Place outside of the shed (on the side opposite of the door) only on Sunday evening, after 5 pm, and never on a week with a Federal Holiday.

Construction Debris

Do not leave at the garbage sheds. This includes lumber, concrete, sheetrock, cabinets, sinks, etc. Remove this from the property or arrange with the office for a separate dumpster to be provided at your expense.

Other

No hazardous materials (including cleaning fluid, paints and stains), metal items such as bed frames, air conditioners, or large appliances, may be left. Bring these items to the Village Recycling Center on Saturdays between 9 AM and 3 PM. Televisions and computers are accepted at the Village Recycling Center only on the 1st Saturday of each month.

Items left in violation of these rules will be removed by Foxwood and those found responsible will be fined and billed for the cost of removal.
